About the event

EDA's very own Trevor Brice presents a talk on the Constitutional Principles, Common Law and on his own Council Tax Challenge following Crypto updates at The Constitutional Club, Fore Street, Chudleigh, Devon on Monday 7th October.

Doors open at 6.30pm for a 7pm start on the Crypto updates.

Trevor will first go through the Constitutional Principles and then move on to Common Law plus Equity which is the knowledge you will need if you then wish to challenge the Council Tax.

Trevor will then take you through his very own steps of challenging the Council Tax.

By the time of this talk, it is hoped Trevor will be able to bring you all up to date with recent case law developments on challenging the Council Tax.

This will be Trevor's first talk on these subjects.  If all goes well, then he hopes to set up a course and present a talk in East Devon.
