East Devon Alive welcome back Gongsters Pete and Kelly for another wonderful and amazling Duo of Sounds Gong Bath this time taking place at Sidford Social Hall in the beautiful surrounding setting of The Byes.
If you have never attended a Gong Bath before, then this is your chance to immerse yourself in the sacred healing sounds provided by these Gongsters. There is absolutely nothing to be concerned about. Just get comfy, relax and allow your journey to begin.
Here's a little taster of what you can expect:
A gong bath is a relaxing and blissful experience. During a gong bath you are bathed in sound waves, there are no clothes removed or water involved, you simply lie down on mats (which the Gongster generally supply), wrap yourself in a blanket, lay your head on a pillow, close your eyes and relax.
