For anyone who has not been to a Gong Bath before, there is absolutely nothing to be concerned about. You just need to get comfy, relax and allow your journey to begin to the amazing sacred healing sounds surrounding you.
Here's a little taster of what you can expect:
A gong bath is a relaxing and blissful experience. During a gong bath you are bathed in sound waves, there are no clothes removed or water involved, you simply lie down on mats (which the Gongster generally supply), wrap yourself in a blanket, lay your head on a pillow, close your eyes and relax.
