Sound Journey at Exmouth Healing Centre
Take an hour to pause, breathe and reconnect with yourself through the deeply relaxing sounds of crystal bowls, gong and drum.
Sound bathing works directly with the nervous system. The slow, sustained tones can help you move out of a state of stress and into genuine rest, creating space for the body and mind to settle.
Simply lie down, get comfortable and let the sound do the work. No effort and no previous experience are needed.
