For anyone who has not been to this type of Sound Journey Bath before, there is absolutely nothing to be concerned about. You just need to get comfy, relax and allow your journey to begin to the amazing healing sounds surrounding you.

Using a range of instruments including handpan, shamanic drum, Native American–style flutes, voice, and subtle percussion, Chris offers immersive sound journeys designed to support deep relaxation, emotional release, and inner guidance, in a safe, grounded space where the nervous system can soften and the mind can rest.
